Refund policy

At Zero's Stash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
1.2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.3. Proof of purchase is required to process a return.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, contact our customer support at Anthony@zerosstash.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at Anthony@zerosstash.com.
